Jordan Ayew is now the highest Ghanaian goalscorer in the Premier League after netting a superb tap-in for Crystal Place at the Vitality Stadium.
Ayew’s goal was Crystal Palace’s second goal of the game, which was enough to guarantee the South London club a 2-0 win over AFC Bournemouth.
The goal, as crucial as it was for Crystal Palace, was also important for the striker as it took him above Tony Yeboah as Ghana’s all-time top scorer in the Premier League with 25 goals.
Ayew is also Crystal Palace’s top goal scorer this season with 9 goals.
