Things Sexually Active People Should Not Take For Granted


Sexual health should not be taken for granted especially if you’re very active. Your sexual health can take a toll on your whole well being and there can be a lot of consequences so in as much as you’re taking control of your sexuality and you’re feeling free to do whatever you want with whomever, be sure to do the following.

1. Have regular STI check-ups

For some of these STIs, they may not even show any symptoms and before you know it, the situation has gotten worse. It’s advised to take the test 3-6months into a new relationship and do it once every year from there.
