In a 10:00pm address on May 31, President Akufo Addo announced a phased approach in the relaxation of restrictions imposed to curb the spread of coronavirus.
The first stage saw schools, churches and mosques partially reopened.
Festivals, nightclubs, funerals and others remained closed till July 31.
Also the border remains closed though special entry permission will be given to stranded Ghanaians who will be evacuated.
They will undergo a 14-day mandatory quarantine.
