This lockdown has been fun for many Nigerians.
Not because they are happy with the increase in COVID-19 cases, but the ability of the youth to create trends that are either hilarious or entertaining on all social media platforms.
The latest of such engaging social media trends is “na #thematter we still dey settle” which became popular on Twitter. As is the norm, everyone has one matter or the other to settle with another person and Twitter users just had to take advantage of it.
Then, it spread to other social media like Whatsapp and Facebook.
The trend is just casual banter aimed at entertaining people.
