Ghanaian dancehall musician, Shatta Wale is doing big things though the world seems to be coming to a halt due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Shatta Wale was recently announced as the first ever African artiste to headline a major Jamaican reggae project.
He is headlining an album called Tropical House Cruises To Jamaica, a project produced by a collective that includes Contractor Music Group, Golden Child Records, Beatbopper Records, and Kohanim Records
The concept of the album is to promote reggae music on the African Continent in an effort to broaden the market for the genre.
The album is set to drop soon.
Video commercial for the album has been streamed on screens in Times Square, New York.
Which is a big deal because that venue is a prime area for advertising and very few people get the opportunity to advertise there.
Shatta Wale is in Times Square….people!!!!!
