Bishop Daniel Obinim, the Head Pastor of International God’s Way Church is not having the best of times now as he is currently in police custody.
Obinim was arrested on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, and charged with publication of false news and forgery of document contrary to the criminal and other offences act.
He was subsequently granted bail in the sum of GHC100,000 with three sureties by an Accra Magistrate Court.
He is, however, still in police custody due to his inability to meet bail conditions.
Obinim’s inability to meet bail conditions triggered a hilarious headline by The Chronicle newspaper. According to the write-up, upon all that he brags about with regards to power and money, he is still unable to meet his bail conditions.
