M.anifest Reveals How He’s Benefited From The Coronavirus Pandemic

M.anifest is a Ghanaian rapper, singer and songwriter

M.anifest has revealed how he is using the inactivity during the coronavirus pandemic to his benefit.

Musicians all over the world have been adversely affected by the coronavirus pandemic as many of them have resorted to entertaining their fans through virtual concerts.

The rapper stated that he is using his time at home to perfect his music production skills.

M.anifest said this in an interview with Bernard Avle on The Point of View on Citi TV where he talked about what he is doing to build himself up as a musician since the outbreak of coronavirus. He was interviewed alongside Lydia Forson, Kaywa and Nana Ama McBrown.

According to him, he needs to be ready and well equipped as a musician when life eventually returns to normal.

“I have had to redevelop skills as a musician. When I began my career, I was recording, mixing, and doing all my stuff at home myself. Now, as you progress in life, professionally you meet other people who are competent at it and who are now doing everything for you. Now, I am re-learning some of those tools. It’s almost like I’m back to Music 101,” M.anifest said.

He went on to add that: “We have to turn tragedy to triumph. There is no way I am going to be at home and just be sleeping and eating as much as I’m tempted to instead of developing skills because life will resume.”

M.anifest recently released a song titled We No Dey Hear which features Kelvynboy and Kel P.
