Ghana’s COVID-19 Cases Now 6,269 With 1,898 Recoveries

Ghana’s total coronavirus cases have increased to 6,269, the Ghana Health Service has confirmed in its latest update.

The increase comes after 173 new cases were recorded.

The Ghana Health Service also indicated that 125 more patients have recovered from COVID-19, taking the total number of recovery cases to 1,898.

The death toll, however, still stands at 31.

The Greater Accra Region still leads with 4,582 cases, Ashanti Region is second with 921 cases, Central Region – 285, Western Region – 170, Eastern Region – 106, Western North Region – 57, Volta Region – 41, Northern Region – 31, Oti Region – 26, Upper East Region – 26, Upper West Region – 21, North East Region – 2, Bono Region – 1.

Savannah, Ahafo and Bono East are the only regions with no coronavirus cases.
