6. Platform flip flops
These were so uncomfortable to walk in. I don’t know why we adopted this trend in Ghana cuz most of our roads are terrible. Whenever we were going to visit someone, my mum would make me wear my pink one and I will have to struggle in them as we walked to the roadside to board a car since my roads weren’t good. She would hold my hands but it didn’t stop me from tripping and my legs from sliding out of the flipflops. In my opinion, these are ugly and ridiculous and should never see the light of day again.
