
The person in the IT Support role shall monitor and maintain Enterprise Content Management Systems and shall provide technical assistance and support where necessary.
Your Duties In The Role
- You will support with ECMI reimplementation
- You will log and resolve customer issues
- You will handle customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources
- You will handle escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team
- You will perform QA tasks and technical documentation
- You will monitor systems
The Ideal Candidate
- Should have a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Should have excellent Customer Service skills
- Should have strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Previous work experience in IT Support would preferred
