The Ghana Police Service has urged Ghanaians to ignore any notification that it is undertaking a fresh recruitment exercise.
The service said it confirmed that no new recruitment exercise was ongoing and that it already had recruits in training.
A statement signed by Superintendent of Police Sheila Kessie Abayie-Buckman, fresh recruits started training last February.
These recruits are in various police training schools located in Accra, Ho, Kumasi and Pwalugu.
If you see any police recruitment notice now, kindly ignore that scam.
