Twenty more coronavirus patients have recovered from the disease, the Ghana Health Service has confirmed.
The new recovery cases have taken Ghana’s total to 514.
The Ghana Health Service also indicated that the country’s total coronavirus cases have increased to 5,408 after 281 new cases were recorded.
Ghana’s death toll has also increased after two more persons succumbed to the disease.
The Greater Accra Region still leads with 4,147 cases, Ashanti Region is second with 726 cases and Central Region is now third with 192 cases.
The other regions that have recorded cases include Eastern Region with 99, Western Region – 61, Western North Region – 56, Volta Region – 34, Upper East Region – 26, Oti Region – 24, Upper West Region – 21, Northern Region – 19, North East Region – 2 and Bono Region – 1.
Savannah, Ahafo and Bono East are still the only regions with no cases.
