According to Professor Audrey Gadzekpo, the Dean of the School of Information and Communications at the University of Ghana, there are only 26 per cent women in cabinet and if the whole political appointments are taken into account the statistics will be at 17 per cent. (Source: Prime News Ghana)
We love women who decide to enter fields which are more open to men than women and shine so brightly that, everyone is forced to stare at them.
Their intellect speaks for itself and they make sure they’re seen everywhere they go and you’re forced to listen to them.
We love how they pay attention to their outlooks. In no particular order, here are 4 women in politics whom we love because they’re stylish.
- Samira Bawumia
She’s the wife of Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia and is the second lady of the republic of Ghana. Her choice of clothing fluently speaks “fashionable boss lady” and we love that, someone in a high position as hers takes her outlook really personal. Her style is always modest but she manages to stand out whenever she’s out. Her makeup is always subtle but she always glows.
