Yesterday was mother’s day.
While some were able to speak to and/or hug their mothers during the day, others such as Stonebwoy were in a very emotional state.
They didn’t have a mother to hug or call on the phone.
However, to mark the day, Stonebwoy got a statue to immortalize his deceased mother – Catherine Satekla.
The statue was created by Victor Kuutuome, a long time fan of Stonebwoy.
Victor, who hails from Nandom in the Upper West Region has been living in the Central Region for a number of years now.
He attended TI Ahmadiya Senior High School in Potsin where he studied Visual Arts.

This is not the first time Victor has made a statue for Stonebwoy.
Victor has already made a statue for the award-winning dancehall musician himself.

Victor currently lives in Winneba where he makes other beautiful works of art.
