Divine Narkotey Aboagye

Ghanaian students keep excelling in foreign universities.

The long list of Ghanaian achievers in foreign universities got a little bit longer.

That’s because Devine Narkotey Aboagye has been added to the list.

He is the recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Student award at the Illinois State University. The university is located in Chicago in the United States of America.

“I am very grateful to all my Professors — Dr. Zompetti, Dr. Simonds, Dr. Hooker, Dr. Baldwin, Dr. Chidester, Dr. Meyer, Dr. Miller-Ott. I also had the privilege to interact and be mentored by Dr. Smudde, Dr. Hunt, Dr. Hall, Dr. Craig, Dr. Lippert, Dr. Ventimiglia, Dr. Blaney, and Dr. Carr. I will continue to cherish the moments we had all the days of my life. Patricia Lynn Franz! I am so grateful to you. You showed me how to navigate all the complex issues in grad school,” he said in his post.

“Since I started graduate school, I have been out of touch with my family. In fact, I will seek to make amends in the coming weeks. However, I am grateful for all your support over the years. I’m also so grateful to my pastors who prayed with me,” he added.
