I’m fairly certain that at one point or another, the thought that you might be spending too much time on your phone has crossed your mind. Constantly being on your phone means that you might not be having quality time with your family and the people that you’re around. We’re all a little addicted to our phones, but it’s not an easy habit to break out of. Thankfully, there’s an app for that.

I know it seems counter intuitive to download an app to keep you off your phone, however SPACE is incredible. First of all, the app helps you understand your current smart phone habits. It will track how much time you spend on your phone, and what apps you spend that time in. There’s just something about seeing how many hours you actually spent on Instagram that makes you realize that you’re on your phone way too much.
SPACE then has tools to help you reduce you phone usage. It can dim your screen after a specific amount of time in an app to let you know that you’ve been in there for too long. It can also block notifications from certain apps for amounts of time.
Sometimes, you just need to unplug in order to focus. This app helps you do that.
