We are spending most of our time at home now and nothing is more annoying than not having electricity.
But, as the Electricity Company of Ghana has announced, it is a necessary evil.
Today, Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 10:00 pm to 1:00 am, ECG would cut power supply to about 14 communities in Accra.
This, according to the ECG is to ensure the safe conveyance of transformers from the Tema Post to Pokuase MIDA Bulk Supply Point construction site.
The affected communities include Tema Community 1 Site 17 and site 18, Community 8 and 9, parts of Ashiaman, East Legon, Achimota School, Pokuase Ridge and others.
But you can absolutely miss this light out – make sure you sleep before 10:00 pm on those days and wake up after 1:00 am on those.
Safe yourself from the trauma of not having light.
