Caroline Sampson Part Ways With Yfm As Contract Ends

Ghanaian Radio presenter, Caroline Sampson has announced her departure from YFM as her contract has come to an end. Caroline has been with the Accra-based radio station for 10years.

Caroline took to Twitter to make the announcement in the post she wrote”Guys, Yfm has been my home for close to a decade now and we’ve had a successful working relationship. Effective immediately, my contract with Yfm has ended and I’m no longer their employee. Thank You to Yfm and everyone that has supported my career over the years. Shalom.

Before her resignation, Caroline Sampson hosted a weekly show, ‘Shout on Y’ on YFM.

Caroline has been in the game since 2005 after she became part of the finalist for the Miss Malaika Ghana pageantry, she is also a voice-over artist best known for her Tv and Radio Commercials because of her unique voice.

For her 15 years in the media landscape, Caroline has worked with numerous media houses. In 2005, Sampson got her first break on television when she hosted the game show, U-Win Game, that aired on GTV. Later, she hosted Hitz Video, a weekly music video program that aired on the TV3 Ghana network. She has also worked with ETV Ghana, Citi FM, Atlantis Radio, Kwese TV, Continuous Drive and Mellow Cruise, Hitz Video, E on E , Citi FM’s Room 973, Shout on Y.

Caroline Sampson won Best Presenter in 2009 at the Stars Integration of Culture of Africa held in Cotonou, Benin. In 2019, she won Best Female Radio Personality at the 3rd edition of Ghana Entertainment Awards USA. She also received the 4th XWAC-Africa Award of Honour for Media Excellence in the same year.
