Ghana’s Coronavirus Cases Rise To 3,091

Ghana’s total coronavirus cases have shot up to 3,091, the Ghana Health Service has confirmed.

The increase is Ghana’s total cases comes after 372 new cases were recorded.

According to the Ghana Health Service a total of 137,924 tests have been recorded across the country so far.

GHS also confirmed that the country has now recorded 303 recoveries with Bono Region recording its first cases.

Greater Accra is the region with the most recorded cases with a case count of 2,579, Ashanti Region is second with 165, Eastern Region with 95, Western North Region – 56, Central Region – 50, Western Region – 32, Volta Region – 30, Upper East Region – 26, Oti Region – 23, Upper West Region – 19, Northern Region – 13, North East Region – 2, Bono Region – 1.

Savannah, Ahafo and Bono East are the only regions with no cases currently.
