
The 2020 edition of 3Music awards was held on Saturday, May 2, 2020, at the Fantasy Dome at Trade Fair.
However, the show was without a live audience due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and the need to observe social distancing as a precautionary measure. So, this year’s 3Music awards was a virtual one.
The Biggest winners of the awards ceremony were Sarkodie, Kofi Kinaata and Diana Hamilton.
Some of the winners, however, are Kuulpeeps Emergers.
Emergers has been held for three years now and every musician that is featured goes on to become a star.
And this was evident in this year’s 3Music Awards as Kuulpeeps Emergers won some of the top awards.

DopeNation – Emergers 2017
DopeNation beat formidable groups like R2Bees and La Même Gang to win the Group of the Year award.

Kuami Eugene – Emergers 2017
Kuami Eugene, who has been touted as the new King of Highlife in Ghana, won the Highlife Act of the Year.

KiDi – Emergers 2017
KiDi won the Best Male Vocal Performance Award.

Kelvynboy – Emergers 2019
Kelvynboy won the AfroBeats/Afro Pop Song of the Year with Mea featuring Joey B.

Kofi Mole – Emergers 2019
At the 2019 edition of the 3Music Awards, Kofi Mole he was named as Next Rated Act and this year, he beat Sarkodie’s Bleeding to win the HipHop Song of the Year with his hit song Don’t Be Late.

Amaarae – Emergers 2019
Amaarae won the Video of the Year with her song Like It.

Quamina MP – Emergers 2020
Quamina MP, who has been featured in the 2020 Emergers list, won the Hiplife Song of the Year with his hit song Amanfour Girls featuring Medikal.

J. Derobie – Emergers 2020
J.Derobie, another 2020 Emerger, won the Regga/Dancehall song of the Year with Poverty, a song that got him noticed.
