Chrystal Kwame-Aryee, a TV show host and a development communication professional has always been concerned about helping people become the very best version of themselves.
“I want to inspire others to live freely and happily,” she told Kuulpeeps.com during her Emergers 2020 interview.
It because of achieving this wish of hers that she said she would love to steal Michelle Obama’s career if she could, as an answer to our question: “if you could ‘steal’ someone’s career, who will definitely be your target?”
Without thinking twice, the name Michelle Obama came right out of her mouth.
“Michelle Obama, because of the platform it offers to make an impact,” Chrystal said.
It is Michelle’s commitment to empowering girls that makes Chrystal love her.
However, Chrystal also wants to do more than what Michelle is currently doing.
“It not just about developing the girl child but I feel that the boy should also be nurtured.”– Chrystal
According to Chrystal, it should not be a matter of empowering women above men, instead, it should be about equality between men and women.
She believes that while empowering the girl, the boy must also be nurtured into the ideal man the world needs.
“It shouldn’t become a competition between the sexes but more like a compliment so that both sexes equal abilities.”– Chrystal
If this approach is used, Chrystal believes that wherever one would find themselves “we can focus more on the goal rather than battling gender issues.”
A Michelle Obama platform can really sell this idea, according to Chrystal.
