Kylie Jenner has expanded her real estate collection once again with her latest purchase of a $36.5 million USD Los Angeles mansion in Holmby Hills.
As the world’s youngest “self-made billionaire,” Jenner has previously purchased a $13 million USD home in Beverly Hills with Travis Scott. The makeup mogul’s latest acquisition is almost three times the price of her other home, and was reportedly purchased at a negotiated price, as the “modern compound” was originally listed for $55 million USD, and was since reduced to $45 million USD.
Jenner was then able to snap it up for $36.5 million USD thanks to her relationship with the seller, who previously sold her land.
The property measures up at 15,350 square feet and spans over one floor. It comes with a guardhouse, two guest apartments, seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms inside the property, as well as a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theater, bars and game rooms, a gym and a championship-level sports court good for playing pickleball and basketball.
