Vacancy: Entry Level Opening For Assistant Records Management Officer

The Assistant Records manager will be required to provide operational support for the effective and efficient performance of a Health-based Organization.

Your Duties In The Role

  • You will assist with maintaining Records Management Systems, including the maintenance and management of active and archived records
  • You will maintain organizational security and confidentiality of information in accordance with organizational policy and legislative requirements
  • You will accurately record, file and distribute all inward and outward correspondence including mail, faxes,email and internal correspondence
  • You will assist staff to locate and retrieve information
  • You will assist in the training of internal users, on Records Management systems and processes
  • You will assist in the formulation, implementation and review of Record Management policies and procedures
  • You will assist in the development, implementation, review and support training for an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • You will assist with administrative duties as required
