Oti And Western North Regions Record First Coronavirus Cases

Oti and Western North have become the new regions in Ghana to record coronavirus cases as the country’s total cases shot up to 1,279.

Ghana has also recorded 134 recoveries and 10 deaths.

According to the information put out by the Ghana Health Service on its COVID-19 website, Western North has recorded 1 case, whereas Oti has 13 cases.

Greater Accra still leads with the most cases in the country with 1,089, Ashanti comes second with 69 and Eastern at third with 56.

Northern has 13, Volta – 10, Central – 9, Upper West – 8, Upper East – 8, North East – 2 and Western Region – 1.
