A major indicator of healthy skin is a natural glow. But factors like stressful lifestyles, hectic work schedules, inadequate sleep, lack of nutritional diet, pollution, harmful sun rays excessive smoking, and drinking alcohol can make your skin dull and dry.
All of these are part and parcel of your life, and you cannot run away from them.
Whilst we are still home and learning online, let us take advantage of it to make our skin glow like pearls.
For now, we’re home doing virtually nothing (ok online learning), we can try to practice this skincare routine regularly using normal ingredients we can find in our fridge and kitchen
In order to make your skin glow, clean your face regularly with warm water at least once a day, it’s advisable you do it at night because that’s the time your face really has to breathe.
Warm water opens up the pores on your face causing your face to inhale some oxygen. This routine involves no cost and it’s perfect for you in this period. After washing your face with warm, you can also exfoliate your face and neck area, this should be done twice in a week or thrice.
In this case, we are going to prepare our natural exfoliate using honey and brown sugar. I’m sure brown sugar and honey can be found everywhere so it’s no big deal. All you have to do, mix a little honey and sugar together in a bowl then you apply on your face to your neck, after you wait for about 15min to rinse it off it’s just simple.
Finally, let look at the use of lemon, lemon has some natural nutrients that are good for the skin, it helps cleanse dirt and also helps prevent acne. Just slice the lemon into two and use one half in the morning and the other in the evening. Rub the lemon on your face and your neck.
This can be done every day provided you have lemon available always.
After the lockdown when your friends see your selfies they are definitely gonna ask you how you got that skin sparkling.
