The Aburi Old Girls Association (AOGA) have made a donation of GH₵ 22,000 to the National COVID-19 Trust Fund. The Donation was made on Monday 20th April 2020.

The Trust Fund was set up by the government to help the fight against the deadly Coronavirus.

The Aburi Old Girls Association (AOGA) made a cheque donation of 22,000gh to Ghana Association of Doctors in Residency (GADOR) to help in equipping them with PPE’s for frontline workers.

They also made another donation to The Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital in the Eastern Region, a health facility that has served the Aburi Girls School. In a facebook post they stated,”Our last donation went to The TETTEH QUARSHIE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL in the Eastern Region since they took care of us whiles were in school and continue to take care of our girls. We presented them with PPE’s Hand Sanitizers, gloves etc worth 22,160gh.”
