President Akufo Addo Lifts Partial Lockdown

President Akufo Addo has lifted the partial lockdown protocols he placed on parts of the country.

As part of measures to curb the spread of the virus, President Akufo Addo placed a partial lockdown on Accra, Kasoa and Kumasi.

However, in his 7th coronavirus update address, President Akufo said the government has gained a grip over the spread of the virus.

This and the impact of the partial lockdown on the poor, the President reached the decision to lift the partial lockdown.

Ghana currently has 1,042 confirmed cases of coronavirus infections.
