Unlike some African countries, Ugandans are taking the fight of coronavirus seriously. Many Ugandans including Taxi drivers & conductors are adhering to rules of social distancing by carrying only 2 passengers per row, in the fight against Coronavirus.
This social distancing policy was implemented after Authorities in Uganda confirmed eight new cases of the novel coronavirus late Monday. Health Minister Jane Ruth Aceng announced the latest figures at a press conference in the capital, Kampala. This brings the total number of cases in the country to nine in less than three days.
These precautionary measures have been adopted by all countries who have recorded a case of Coronavirus. The measures such as washing of hands frequently and avoiding crowed places have also been implemented in Uganda.
