5 Simple Exercises You Can Do Under Self-Isolation

Let’s be honest. With all the time we have on our hands now, it’s just a matter of time till we gain weight from all the eating and snacking we would do due to boredom.

We aren’t going anywhere except moving from room to room to see if there’s anything we can be entertained by.

The body you have that you aren’t even satisfied with at the moment will become worse if you don’t take control of the situation.

Even though you’re self-isolating and cannot go to the gym, there are some home exercises you can do to get your body ripped for when “Aunty Coro” decides that we’ve suffered enough.

  1. Use your stairs

Going up and down the stairs in your house is a great way to get your blood pumping. You can do this for 30 – 45 minutes and if it’s too much, try doing 15 minutes at a time and rest and whenever you have to use the stairs go up and down 3 times for the rest of the day.
