The Judiciary Issues Guidelines To Prevent Spread Of Coronavirus In Courts

Institutions and organisations are putting measures in place for their members to abide by, following the government’s new directives that were issued to avert the spread of the novel coronavirus.

The Judiciary is the latest institution to also make arrangements for its members to be able to deal with the virus in the course of exercising their duties.

A statement issued by the Chief Justice, His Lordship Justice Anin Yeboah, spells out all the arrangements that the judiciary has made to prevent the virus from affecting judicial work.

The Judiciary also requested the cooperation of all court users and the general public in the implementation of the new arrangements.
