BRAS COULD ACTUALLY MAKE YOUR BREAST SAG
Yes!!! You read right. Putting on a bra according to a study could actually make your breasts sag.

According to a study, the “support” of bras weakens the muscles in the chest, making the breasts drop.

The study which was conducted in a 15year period by University of Franche-Comté professor Jean-Denis Rouillon says the long term effects of not wearing a bra showed that more muscle tissue grew to provide natural support.

To keep your breasts rounder and it’s actually best to let them do their own thing.

NOT WEARING A BRA MAKES BREASTS PERKIER

The extra muscle developed by your breasts when you don’t wear bras could actually make your breasts look perkier.

This is further confirmed in Rouillon’s study where it’s stated that the nipples of women who didn’t wear bras were lifted 7mm higher on average than women who did wear bras

TIGHT BRAS AFFECT CIRCULATION

The study further covers the effects of clothing(especially tighter clothing) on body circulation. Tight bras are not good for your circulation.

All that tightness and squeezing around your chest can slow your circulation by compressing your major blood vessels.

This is said not to cause serious problems in the otherwise healthy woman.


YOU SAVE MONEY
Bras are generally expensive and you could save money by not wearing them.

The benefits of going braless are obviously numerous and thinking about the reasons giving above and the freedom and ease it brings you, you might want to rethink putting on your bra every day.
