However, contrary to what is being reported, neither Daniel Amartey nor Leicester City have confirmed that the defender has tested positive for the virus.

The club today confirmed that three of its players are in self-isolation after showing symptoms of the virus, but the names of the players were not mentioned. The club has also not issued any statement confirming that any player has tested positive for the virus.
