Letting It Go.
This one is a very difficult one. Sometimes, the best solution to a conflict is to do nothing. Even if you are very confident in your position, sometimes the best thing to do is to let the issue go. Assess how important the issue being addressed is and act accordingly. If it is a conflict that directly affects your work, or team output then it must be addressed. On the other hand, if it a conflict that will only bring you personal satisfaction, the right thing might be letting it go.
