The United States multi-hit maker Sean John Combs popularly known as P Diddy has appealed to fans to pray for him as he undertakes his fourth surgery to repair a “quadriceps tendon tear.”

According to him, he had to cancel his trip to San Francisco to get what he called “last-minute surgery”  done to protect his health.

The 50year old rapper took to his social media handle on Friday to appeal for prayers, saying he has been clumsy and within two years he has had his fourth surgery.

“I’m clumsy. I trip. I fall. I fall in holes, It’s always been like that. This is my fourth surgery in two years,” he cried.

The ‘I need a Girl’ hitmaker revealed on his Instagram page that he has had two rotator cuffs, a knee replacement and the current quad surgery.

He embraced the fact that God did all to slow him down from certain things which might affect his life and promised to take extra care of himself to avoid future surgery.

“At the end of the day, this is God’s work to slow me down. I will take better care of my body and eat right.  And just stop treating my body like a machine. This is unbelievable. I did it to myself by accident,” Diddy added.

The Bad Boy founder further stated that he has had about 10 medical procedures throughout his lifetime, including four rotator cuff surgeries, a partial knee replacement and operations on his toe, wrist and bicep.

“I just wanna be honest with ya and say to everybody else that’s clumsy and accident-prone, I pray for you.

Pray for me. Pray for ya boy, I’m gonna see you all next time and make it up y’all, is gonna be my last surgery, I promise,” he said.

As the doctor began shaving his leg in preparation for the surgery, Diddy, signed off with a message for the group of children fighting cancer, who he met earlier on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

“You guys are truly inspiring me now…Never give up. Praise. Peace,” he bemoaned.
