UG: Second Semester Fees Payment/ Registration Requirements For Students In The UGEL Hostels

All students who made part payment of their academic and/or residential fees last semester are required to complete the payments before registration can be done. Residential registration can only be done after academic registration; students are therefore urged to make both payments so as to enable them undertake the residential registration.

Students should refer to www.ug.edu.gh for the final approved academic user fees and the mode of payment. Approved residential fees for all continuing students is GHS 1,790.00 and GHS 2,236.00 for all students who first got admitted to the hall last semester. Students who made part payment of the abovementioned fees last semester are to complete the payment before registration can be undertaken.

  1. Any residential fee payment is to be made at any branch of CAL BANK ONLY into the UGEL Account, using a fee payment slip.
  2. Requirements for manual registration, which will commence from Thursday, January 30, 2020, from 9AM to 5PM each day, include:
    Residential fee payment receipt (for students who completed payment this semester).
    Residential proof of registration.
