Video: Rick Ross, Koffee, NSG And More Make Detty Rave Memorable After Performances

The most anticipated show for awhile now happened at the famed Untamed spot on the Spintex road yesterday.

Unlike last year’s Detty Rave concert, the Rave continued well into the night till it was 2am.

It seemed like the whole of Accra was at the place because the Detty Rave venue was crammed full of people looking forward to jam.

Naturally, the traffic was crazy and many had to walk to the venue but definitely, the show was worth it in the end, especially if you already had your tickets and didn’t have to buy one.

The entrances were chock full of people trying to buy tickets and the confused ones who didn’t know where to go (because there was no direction or a hostess/host helping out).

The Untamed venue is… huge and Mr Eazi effortlessly filled the place up. The stage setup was pretty dope and the fact that there were two stages gave a different feel to the show. Most performances were done on one stage and later, Mr Eazi came on the main stage and owned it.

Mr Eazi performed as usual in between performances from other artistes and honestly, he seemed more of a host than a show headliner. (We loved that).

From Joey B, the La Meme Gang, Simi, Koffee, NSG, Kranium and more, the artiste brought out great  performers who did everything to make the night an unforgettable one.

Kranium’s blunt talk about p***y was quite interesting and an artiste from Trinidad got us all so excited with his energy but…Rick Ross definitely made our night! He proved there’s so much other artistes need to learn in GH when it comes to performance at shows and we hope GH artistes Top note.

Rick Ross’ impeccable mic control, great use of the huge stage, and his DJ who was just too good all made his performance one that people will not forget in a hurry.

The rapper performed a lot of his songs, from Hustler to Diced Pineapples to Stay Schemmin… he performed every song!!! and considering how much GH is not really hiphop inclined, the crowd jammed to his music nevertheless and the energy was crazy.

Despite the great performances, lots of the artistes scheduled to perform didn’t and that’s the one thing that definitely hurt the most but honestly, we doubt people really noticed Cos they were overwhelmed with the artistes who kept coming up on stage and giving their best. The DJs at the show were also amazing making sure there were no dull moments. We hope Mr Eazi noticed the slips during the Detty Rave 3 to make sure that Detty Rave 4 is much much better.
