It is with a grieving heart that we report the health condition of one of our own Master Mohammed Musah a sandwich student of this university who currently needs an amount of $35,000.00 to undergo a kidney transplant in India.
Mr Mohammed has been battling with end-stage renal disease and is currently on maintenance chronic hemodialysis at the Nephrology Unit of the Tamale Teaching Hospital in Tamale for the past two months in Tamale.
This is done three (3) times a week and the cost per every session as at now is GHC 300.00 giving a total of GHC 900.00 per week. This is done in addition to his routine medications which cost about GHC 900.00 per month.
The ultimate treatment is kidney transplant which is done outside Ghana preferably in India and his family has exhausted their funds and is currently soliciting for assistance from friends and philanthropists.
Any assistance to Mr Mohammed and his family either towards continuing his hemodialysis or kidney transplant would be much helpful in saving his life.
KUULPEEPSUHAS pleads with each and everybody to make a contribution towards saving the life of our brother Mr Mohammed Musah.
