Last night, Ghana football gave its fans an amazing night.
While the Black Meteors scored Mali 2:0 in the Under 23 African Cup of Nations, the Black Stars were also delivering a thrashing of their own to the South African national team.
That game also ended with a 2:0 scoreline.
Though it looked like a good comeback for the Black Stars who are on a Bring Back The Love campaign, the spotlight was stolen by a pitch invader.
The pitch invader who has been identified as Awal London Suleman, a nursing school graduate.
According to his Facebook account, he attended the College of Nursing and Midwifery-Nalerigu.
For his senior high school education, he obtained that at the Apam Senior High School where he reportedly a member of the school’s athletic team.
He undertook the 400 meters discipline.
Early today, it was revealed that the police is preparing to drag Awal in front of a judge in Cape Coast where he would have to answer questions about his Thursday night exploits on the field.
A police source reportedly told 442gh.com that preliminary investigation revealed that Awal, who resides in Kotobroaba, a suburb of Cape Coast had predicted before the match that Ghana will score 2 goals in the match.
The source further revealed that Awal had told close friends that he will celebrate beyond himself if he gets his prediction right.
