There have been complaints of ‘light-off’ by almost everyone in Accra making it seem like it’s a nationwide blackout.
It’s not.
Some areas have no issues and still have power however for those who don’t, ECG has given us the reason why.
In a statement shared on social media, the power company mentioned that the mass power outage is due to a technical problem that is beyond their control.
However, Ghanaians should keep calm as they are doing everything they can to fix the problem.
