1. Sleep more
This totally makes sense right?? It explains why when you wake up after just a few hours of sleep, you feel groggy and upset at the whole world. You were sitting your somewhere and someone somewhere decided to give birth to you into this world to just go to school, work and keep working until you die. Sigh.
Sleeping more helps our bodies to recover from the day and repair themselves, and that it helps us focus and be more productive. Apart from this, studies have shown that sleep-deprived people fail to recall pleasant memories, yet recall gloomy memories just fine. So…sleep well and forget everybody!
