Fresh affair kicked off in Cape Coast last Friday…
… and if you missed it, it is a special event organized by Echo house to welcome students back to campus.
Now, the whole point of Fresh ‘A’ Fair is to bring brands relevant to students to their doorstep, for them to get everything they need at a discount. It’s also a perfect time for students to socialize and importantly, have mad fun at the concert that climaxes the Fresh ‘A’ Fair weekend.
Fresh affair kicked off in UCC last week and aside all the fun we had, we were exposed to a number of brands on campus. Students had the opportunity to shop at discounted prices, open bank accounts and win souvenirs from some brands. Let’s take a look at some brands that will be present in KNUST during Fresh A Fair this week.
Dettol is running a ‘Back to School’ promotion throughout Fresh ‘A’ Fair to reward students with amazing gifts after they purchase some of the Dettol products. There will also be a wheel of fortune at the stand for even more exciting freebies!
If you don’t have a bank account, or you have one… this is the perfect time to join the premium bank, Standard Chartered.
Stanchart will be running a download drive for the SC Mobile throughout Fresh ‘A’ Fair and they’d reward students who download and open accounts.
Now you’ve got even more options!
Ecobank will also be running a download drive for the Ecobank app which students can use to make purchases at their favourite campus shops. They would also drive sales of the Ecobank Prepaid Cards which can be used in all online payments. In UCC, any student who made a purchase with the Ecobank Mobile app shopped at a 50% discount and be sure to have the same offer in Kumasi.
Geddit is an app for brand marketing that gives people the chance to play games just to win rewards from brands and at Fresh ‘A’ Fair, they will be rewarding one lucky student with GHC15,000 to pay their school fees!!!
How cool is that?
All one needs to do is to download the Geddit app and play exciting games to stand the chance to win the cash prize at the end of the Fresh A Fair period.
Old Mutual is on an agenda to drive awareness about insurance on campus.
They will have a talk with the students on insurance at various points on campus just so you know the need and importance of insurance. It’s never too early guys!
This is a cosmetic brand for all your glowing skin and hair needs.
They will have a stand at the fair in Kumasi with a stylist to educate y’all on the best way to use their products; Sivoderm and vita.
Just like we did in UCC, your best online portal, Kuulpeeps will be updating you throughout the event in KNUST.
