Christians On Twitter React To Kanye’s Jesus Is King Album

KanyeWest dropped his album on Friday. After all the delays, we finally got the album Jesus is King and naturally, everyone (okay not everyone) loves the album!

Kanye recently announced that he is a Christian convert now and even added that he was not going to make his old type of music anymore.

Kanye is taking this Christian business very seriously and he’s been up to a lot of things that prove that he just might be serious about it.

He mentioned, in an interview that the collaborators on his Jesus Is King album were not allowed to have premarital sex at the time the album was being made.

His pastor also mentioned that Kanye did not like/ tolerate the use of swear words around him anymore. Rumour even had it that Nicki was supposed to be on the Jesus Is King album but he took her off most likely because she used a lot of swear words.

Listening to Jesus Is King gave us even more proof that Kanye is probably, definitely not joking about his new found faith. Every song makes mention of Jesus/God and we believe what he said about not making secular music anymore.

The album is a religious/Christian album and Christians all over the world seem to be extra excited about this!

Some are sceptical about his motive behind Jesus Is King and don’t believe he’s been saved as he says:

But for most people, he’s done more than any pastor could, leading and directing people to Jesus


For most Christians, Kanye’s new relationship with Christ and the impact his album is going to have is a call for celebration


Naturally, there were jokes about how atheists who love Kanye are reacting to the album and most people seem to think the album will have an impact on them!
