When I first received the nomination I was naturally elated. But going on to win an award this past weekend at the George Mason University Black Alumni Chapter 40 under 40 awards is humbling. Undoubtedly George Mason was pivotal in honing the skills that have brought me this far. This is an institution that gave me the tools to achieve at all levels.
