Yesterday, there were over 10 designers who brought their masterpieces out onto the runway for our viewing pleasure and they were amazing! However, one really caught our attention.

Ray Jay Collection brought all their models in the dark to pose on the stage with what looked like a laser on their heads. When they were all on the runway, the MC announced who the designer was and spoke about the inspiration of the designs, which was Castle Black of Game of Thrones as such, the name of the collection is Castle Black Collection.

The designs were generally an indigenous urban collection with the colour scheme of black on black, different shades of red and a touch of white. The Fabrics were made of cotton, leather, goat and sheep wool.

The models came on the stage carrying daggers and swords and get this, the music the models were walking with was by a live band!

Ray Jay did not leave any details out!! He came to impress and he didn’t leave until we were all screaming his praises!

Check out the video here.

All in all, the show was a very good one. All who came could boast of getting value for the money they spent on either ticket for the event or even transportation to and fro.

And oh! This line might be a little cliche but if you didn’t experience even just one of the 2019 Glitz Africa Fashion Week events, then you really missed out on a lot!

We can’t wait for Glitz Africa Fashion Week 2020 same time, next year!
