Yeah, Sex For Grades is still trending!
People are still sharing their opinions on the exposé released by BBC Africa Eye which has implicated 4 lecturers in the University of Ghana and the University of Lagos.
The lecturers of the University of Ghana who were caught on camera are Dr Paul Kwame Butakor and Prof Ransford Gyampo.
The two lecturers today, were interdicted by the University of Ghana.
Actress, Yvonne Nelson also shared her opinion on Twitter on this trending matter… but her opinion didn’t go well with many.
According to her, “Sex for everything in our part of the world! Your brains don’t matter here. It’s the covered parts they want, oh wait, these parts arent covered anymore… it’s free on social media. Will it ever change??”

Well, some people disagreed with what she said;
I’m wondering how Yvonne Nelson thought his made sense cause If we are staying on topic, When Kemi went to see Boniface, she was fully clothed but he still harassed her. When is it gonna sink in that what you wear isn’t a determinant for assault & rape. This is victim blaming https://t.co/wh7tv2F0o8

Yvonne Nelson. Youuu that ties towels in your movies and take them off is trying to slut shame?? Like you literally do things our society deems as “immoral”
You’re here performing for the same men that wouldn’t even batte an eye in calling you an “ashawo” in seconds.

Surely Yvonne Nelson isn’t trying to shame women for not fully covering their bodies. Surely she can’t be. My eyes must be paining me

See right here this girl is dressed.
I just wanted to show Yvonne nelson and others who feel it’s cause of the way the students are dressed.#sexforgrades isn’t about dressing, it’s about power.
Victim blaming is inconsiderate and shameful.

Hate her or like her, Yvonne Nelson has hit it right on the head. It is free on social media & those with brain are waved aside. pic.twitter.com/jZUr3p9TFa

Anyone bashing Yvonne Nelson lacks understand to a simple quote she said,
Some ladies these days are freely flaunting their nakedness publicly online,
One used it as a selling point to win BBNaija, while some others use it for grade or their occupation, none was Rape or forced pic.twitter.com/oMgPhkKJdJ
