PHOTOS: Law Students Go On Demo To Protest Mass Failure Of Ghana Law School Entrance Exam

Every year, the situation becomes more staggering.

Scores of first-degree law holders sit for an entrance exam with the hope of gaining admission into the Ghana Law School.

This is the only way they can legally practise law in the country.

However, every year the story remains the same… About 90% of the students who sit for the exam fail to make the required 50 per cent or better to gain admission.

This year a similar incident happened.

Out of the 1,820 students who sat for the exam, only 128 students passed – meaning only 128 got 50 per cent or better.
