Zaira Akua Forson Qualifies For 200M Freestyle Finals In African Junior Swimming Championships

Ghana’s Zaira Akua Forson as qualified to the finals of the 200m freestyle in the ongoing African Junior Swimming Championships.

Zaira qualified with a prelim time of 2:21.22.

She is classified in the Africa Junior Swimming Championship under G1 Girls.

As the only G1 classified swimmer in 6 member team who is representing Ghana at the swimming championships.

Zaira will be swimming in 11 events at the African Junior Swimming Championships which is being held in Tunisia.

They include; 200metres Freestyle, 200metres Individual Medley, 100metres Breaststroke, 400metres Freestyle, 200metres Butterfly and 100metres Backstroke.

Others are the 800metres Freestyle, 200metres Breaststroke, 100metres Freestyle, 100metres Butterfly and finally the 400metres Individual Medley

So far, she is a finalist in the 200m Freestyle.
