Gyakie is one new artiste that is grabbing everyone’s attention.

We first saw her song on social media and when we heard her sing, we all thought “Whoa.” She’s got a uniquely soothing voice that does wonders to you when you hear her sing.

She first dropped her song, “Love Is Pretty” which was a good slow rock jam earlier this year. Her next song, “Never Like This” got us excited too cos she proved that she could be consistent with good music.

Her songs were so good, Sarkodie King Promise and more talked about her music.

Yesterday, she dropped another song to prove herself even more and basically show us what else she is capable of.

The new song, ‘Control’, is very different from her first two songs.

We kind of put her down as someone who will keep giving us slow jams but she pleasantly surprised us in her new song. The song, produced by E.L is purely an afro-beats song that is much faster paced than her previous songs. It’s much more commercial and is a great move cos charle as a rising young artiste, you need to not just dip your toe into the mainstream music but go all out, show Ghanaians what you are made of!

We feel Gyakie is so full of potential and this is just her warming up. We sense greatness and we cannot wait to fangirl all over her soon!!!

The song is currently available on all streaming platforms and you can listen to it here:
