Ministry Of Education Says Placements Cannot Be Changed For Candidates

The Ministry of Education has said in a statement that choices cannot be changed by GES. This announcement became necessary after parents and candidates trooped to the Black Star Square to seek redress regarding Senior High School placement.

According to the Ministry of Education, “data received from the West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) is used and parents/guardians are requested to accept placements to the school to which their wards have been placed.”

The ministry also advised that students who did not get the school of their choice should participate in the self-placement module on the CSSPS portal.
