The Ghana Education Service in a press conference held on September 5, 2019, addressed many issues with regards to the upcoming 2019/2020 academic year.

At the press conference, the official reopening dates for Basic schools and Senior High Schools were announced.

The GES also addressed issues concerning My First Day at School, Right Age Enrolment, Health Screening, School Uniforms, and School Placement.
